By browsing or purchasing through the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms and, as they may change or be updated from time to time, please don’t forget to read them before you make a purchase.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase through this Site and be in a position to accept delivery within the UK.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you have as a consumer under applicable UK law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded.
1. Orders And Reservations
Our Products are produced from natural stone and each batch is unique. We can’t guarantee that the descriptions, sizes, images or photographs shown are completely accurate – there may be slight variations – so be sure to make an allowance of +/5mm to cover these natural variations in the dimensions specified for calibrated natural sandstone products, and +/2mm for machine-cut natural granite paving. 1.1 Reserving Products In Advance
We may not always have the required products in stock and these may take at least 2 months to arrive in the country. Please note that orders can’t be amended once they’ve been placed. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, please follow our Returns and Refund Policy. You will be liable for all return delivery costs and administration fees, and your original delivery charge will not be refunded.
- If Products are out of stock and need ordering, we require a 50% deposit to secure your Products;
- Customers need to pay the full balance 2 weeks before delivery is due.
- Once the Products are in the warehouse, we will notify customers of an estimated date of delivery.
1.2 Ordering Products
When placing your order, we recommend that you order an additional 10% for cuts, waste and the potential for small breakages. Up to 10% is regarded as acceptable in the event of chips, blemishes, surface variations, breakages and/or discolouration.
Due to the nature of the Products, the areas of our full packs are estimated guides that have been rounded up. We have made every attempt to enable you to calculate your order requirements accurately, and we recommend that you check all area calculations before confirming your order. We are not responsible for any under or over-ordering of a Product.
The beauty of natural stone paving is that it has been hand-made by nature over millions of years. This means that no two pieces will ever be identical, but we will endeavour to be consistent with our natural stone batches and shades. Small samples can sometimes differ and have slight variations in appearance compared to the natural stones contained within our patio kits.
All purchases made through the Site are subject to availability, and the prices of our Products are subject to change, without notice.
Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received (including delivery charges). Once payment has been received, we will confirm that the ordered Products are in stock and convey delivery details by sending an email to you. If the ordered Products are not available, we will email you to arrange for your refund.
Ownership of the Products will pass to you once we’ve received full payment of all amounts due, including delivery charges.
1.3 Customised/ Bespoke / Personalised/ Made-To-Order Orders
We can offer you a customised, made-to-order service based on your specific requirements and needs. If you place a customised order, there’s an additional £25 (including VAT) handling charge per pallet. This charge is for the manual break down and handling of full crates and repacking your exact requirements on a separate pallet with any extra grouts and sealants required. This type of order will require maximum of 5 days to be delivered.
Please note: We are unable to accept the returns of custom orders/ Made-To-Order orders and do not offer any refunds and/or exchanges on these orders or delivery (this does not affect your rights if the items in the order are damaged).

2. Delivery Of Goods To You
It would be nice to have our own team of vehicles to carry out our nationwide deliveries. However, our next best option is to employ and rely on a third-party pallet distribution network. We’ve partnered up with Palletways…they’re designed to carry heavy loads.
As we use external transport service providers, there’s an extra charge for delivery.
Subject to delivery destination Four Edges (UK) Limited aims to deliver full patio kits orders within 2-5 working days (part/custom orders may take slightly longer), and Products within 5 working days.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address given at the time of order. The risk of ownership shall pass to you once the Products have been delivered to the delivery address.

3. Your Right To Cancel Your Order
You can cancel your order with us at any time within up to 14 days of the date of purchase, subject to our Returns and Refund Policy.
4. Our Right To Cancel Your Order
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to deliver to your area;
- If we don’t have sufficient stock; or
- If any of the ordered Products was listed at an incorrect price, including due to an error in the pricing information received from our suppliers.
If we do have to cancel your order, we’ll notify you by email and credit your account, as soon as possible, but within 30 days of your order.
We won’t be liable to compensate you for the cancellation.
5. Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability
Four Edges (UK) Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including, without limitation, loss of profits, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, use of data) caused by the use and/or reliance on, or the inability to use, the Site which results, without limitation, from inaccurate information, omissions, interruptions, suspension, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any other failure of performance with respect to the Site (unless otherwise provided for by law).
Four Edges (UK) Limited will not refund or replace Products that fall under the minimum of 10% of acceptable loss. As stated, this must be taken into account when you place your order.
If the delivered goods are not what you ordered, are damaged, defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at sales@fouredges.co.uk highlighting the issue within 14 days of the day of delivery of the Products, subject to these Terms.
Four Edges (UK) Limited shall not be liable for any advice given, the incorrect installation of materials, or products laid the wrong surface side up by the customer or appointed builder/landscaper. Four Edges (UK) Limited will not be liable for faults found in the Products after installation.
If the Products you’ve ordered have not been delivered within 30 days of the date of purchase, we shall have no liability to you unless you have notified us, in writing at sales@fouredges.co.uk, within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.
No person shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and Four Edges (UK) Limited shall have no liability to any third parties to the fullest extent permissible in applicable law.
Subject to these Terms, our only obligations under this Clause 5 will be:
- to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
- to replace or repair any Products that are damaged or defective; or
- to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question in whatever way we choose.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, this does not in any way exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our direct negligence.
In all instances, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Use Of This Site
To place an order through our Site, you may be required to create an account. Please make sure that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You may be required to choose a Username and Password to access your account on the Site. You are entirely responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access your account and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Site or a third-party service provider.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
Four Edges (UK) Limited will not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result of a third party using your password or accessing your account, either with or without your consent.
By accessing and/or interacting and/or using any part of the Site, you are granted a non-transferrable right to use and access the Site for its intended purpose only. You do not acquire any rights or interest in the Site.
Four Edges (UK) Limited retains all right, title and interest in and to the Intellectual Property Rights to and in any material or content of the Site, including but not be limited to, copyright, trademarks, patents, as well as Site developments, customisations, enhancements and future releases and may not be used or reproduced without the prior written consent of Four Edges (UK) Limited.
We reserve the right to make changes and/or effect upgrades to the Site from time to time (including without limitation to its operation, appearance or information made available).

Our Site may contain links to third-party applications and/or websites that are not owned or controlled by Four Edges (UK) Limited. These third-party links have been provided for convenience and information purposes only and shall not be deemed an endorsement by us of the content thereof. We have no responsibility for the content of such third-party links and accept no liability for any losses whatsoever that may be incurred as a result of any linking to such. 8. Use Of Comments, Feedback, And Other Submissions
You confirm that any comments, communications or materials you send to us, including feedback data, questions, comments, suggestions or the content of any such documents, shall be deemed to be the property of Four Edges (UK) Limited to do with as we deem fit and appropriate.
9. Your Personal Information
Due to the nature of the internet any information and/or communication you submit through the Site, for whatever reason, may inevitably result in the transfer of information across international boundaries. Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on – servers that are located outside of your country where the data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. By accessing and/or interacting and/or using any part of the Site you consent to such transfers.
The email address you provide upon placing an order with Four Edges (UK) Limited may be used to keep you informed of special offers, promotions and/or the launch of a new range, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 10. Errors And Omissions
The Site and its content are provided “AS IS”, therefore, all information accessed or downloaded from the Site is obtained and used at your own risk.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).
11. Indemnification
You shall indemnify, and keep indemnified, Four Edges (UK) Limited against any loss, liability and cost which Four Edges (UK) Limited may incur as a result of your use of the Site other than in accordance with these Terms except in so far as such loss, liability or cost arises from Four Edges (UK) Limited’s negligence or breach of these Terms.
We would like to advise you to organise your delivery to ensure that the Products are safely on site before your tradesmen are due to commence works. We will not be liable to compensate you or your tradesmen or offer compensation for hire equipment or other charges for disappointment suffered as a result of a late delivery.
You will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us, all damages awarded against us under any judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction and all settlement sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us arising out or in connection with:
- ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY THAT THE USE OF THE Site BY YOU IS DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ABUSIVE, OR OF AN OBSCENE OR PORNOGRAPHIC NATURE, OR IS ILLEGAL OR CONSTITUTES A BREACH OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW, REGULATION OR CODE OF PRACTICE;
- ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY THAT THE USE OF THE Site BY YOU INFRINGES THAT THIRD PARTY’S COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF WHATEVER NATURE.

Four Edges (UK) Limited does not warrant that the Site or its functioning or the content and material of the Products and Services made available thereby will be timely, uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our Site or the servers that make our Site available are free of viruses or other harmful component/s.
All conditions, warranties and representations, expressed or implied by (i) statute, (ii) common law or (iii) otherwise, including, without limitation, conditions, warranties or representations of fitness for a particular purpose or satisfactory quality, are excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law. 13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any documents and/or all applicable policies, expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between you and Four Edges (UK) Limited in relation to the subject matter of the Terms and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between you and us, whether oral or in writing.
14. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any of the rights or provisions afforded to us under these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any of the provisions of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
15. Severability
If any of the provisions of the Terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms, including any documents and/or all applicable policies, and/or related to your use of this Site.
