YOUR DELIVERY SERVICES

Four Edges delivers nationwide. Our delivery partners offer a 2-5 day Standard/ Economy Delivery service, subject to stock availability. All orders undertaken are carried out by one man and a manual pallet truck. The driver is obligated to deliver to kerbside and to the nearest area, which is hard-standing and on level ground. It is at the driver discretion to place orders where it is safe to do so.

All of our products are large, bulky and heavy items and not easy to manoeuvre. The driver may ask assistance if you are permitted to do so. The driver’s health and safety and yours are paramount, so please take care.

HOT TIPS FOR TAKING DELIVERY

If you have visible signs of breakages or damaged packaging, please sign as ‘Damaged’. ‘Unchecked’ or similar wording is not approved for insurance claims and unable to arrange replacements.

If damages have occurred, please send us clear photography. If you have access to smart technology such as security footage, CCTV, doorbells and mobile video can also be submitted as evidence for a claim. We, of course, request your permission to use during any claims

Please, have delivery of your goods 2-3 days before landscapers are due to commence works.

Before signing, please check your consignments details, name and product details for your order.

The driver should give you 15 minutes to check your delivery.

The delivery is carried out by one person. Being a heavy product, please assist the driver only if you can, and if the driver needs help. However, first and foremost, please access your health and safety before helping.

RE DELIVERY CHARGES MAY APPLY

If the delivery point has access limitations or any obstacles, please make Four Edges aware to ensure a smooth delivery takes place and avoid any re-delivery charges.

Whereby the receiver has missed the delivery, this will be treated as a failed delivery. We can arrange another delivery attempt. However, there may be additional costs incurred.

If you require a change in the delivery date, and your consignment is already out for delivery, re-delivery charges are applicable..

Re-delivery charges can be avoided if you make prior contact to allow the driver to leave the pallet unsigned. However, if you authorise goods to be left near kerb-side, you are not insured for damages.

Delivery Advice

Patio project packs sent out for delivery, weigh approximately 1000kg per crate and delivered using a third-party pallet network. Due to the health and safety of drivers, the handling of heavy packages will not perform outside the constraints of standard delivery practices.

REDELIVERY CHARGES APPLY

1. Delivery is carried out using the Pall-Ex, a third-party pallet network. Deliveries will be unloaded and placed near to the kerb-side closest to the end destination.

2. Deliveries typically carried out between 8 am and 5 pm Weekdays and SAT AM.

3. Before signing, please check the consignment for any visible signs of damage and note ‘Damage’ on the delivery note. Noting ‘Unchecked’ or similar on the Proof of delivery are not excepted as proof to claim insurance.

4. During your delivery, the driver is allowed 15 minutes for you to check and sign for goods. If the driver is pressing to leave, please contact us on 0333 050 6105.

5. If there are any breakages, within 24 hours of delivery, you must inform us in writing by way of email with clear photographic evidence, CCTV, Video and details of damage to sales@fouregdes.co.uk. Please, call us on 0333 050 6105, if you are unsure.

Delivery Pricing Guide

Economy Delivery is the most common method for delivery used. For a guide price on the location and quantity of project packs needed. Please enter your postcode and select a delivery option.

*Free Delivery is offered to a range of UK Postcodes whereby the price of a full pack already includes delivery (£60.00). For postcodes outside this range, an additional charge will be applied.

*Bespoke/Made-to-Order pallets does not include a delivery price. This will be charged at the normal standard/economy rate based on your location. Made-to-Order Pallets will take longer (usually 5 days) and only available on Economy service. Handling Fees of £25.00 will be applied for split crate orders.

Next Day Delivery, orders to be made by 11 AM and will carry an additional charge.
